We support most major retailers. If you can't find the one you're looking for click on the chat/contact us tab in the lower right corner to speak with one of our customer support experts. If it's after hours send us a message through the app and we'll contact you first thing the following day.
If you receive the wrong tickets or labels please double check your packing slip to the original order confirmation we sent you. If it's still wrong contact us right away by chatting with our team. If we screwed up we'll fix it on our dime. If you screwed up we'll fix it on your dime. ;)
At this time we don't support shipping on 3rd party account numbers. If you are a large volume customer and plan to print more than 100,000 tickets per month please contact our customer service team about this option.
Barcodes are symbols that can be scanned electronically using laser or camera-based systems. They are used to encode information such as product numbers, serial numbers and batch numbers.
Most major retailers including Amazon will require your product be labeled with GS1 compliant barcodes. Additionally this helps your warehouse achieve efficiency and quality standards by making everything scannable.
It's a major headache. Let us take care of it for you.
The first, and most important, step in obtaining a UPC bar code for your product is to apply for membership and receive a GS1 Company prefix from GS1. Your company prefix is a unique string of digits assigned to your company, identifying you as the manufacturer throughout the entire product supply-chain.
Amazon has created one of the most advanced fulfillment networks in the world, and your business can benefit from their expertise. With Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), you store your products in Amazon's fulfillment centers, and they pick, pack, ship, and provide customer service for these products. Best of all, FBA can help you scale your business and reach more customers.
We can help you by providing full set up and even management of preparing your product to be stored and shipped from an Amazon FBA center.

If you already have a GS1 company ID it's best to use your own barcodes however Amazon supplies an ASIN number to all sellers using their FBA service. In this case you don't need to have a GS1 compliant barcode.
Simply export your product listing from Seller Central on FBA and upload onto the Amazon template we provide. We'll print all of the necessary labels and ship them to you. Or you can ship your product to us and we'll prep the entire shipment to seamlessly flow into the FBA network.
Absolutely. Our sister company Get Inertia specializes in getting companies set up with Amazon FBA and can even prep your product to ship according to their specs so it's inducted seamlessly to their warehouses.
